By accessing or using this Charter Arms Revolver Catalog ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Site.
Under the federal Gun Control Act (18 U.S.C. § 922(b)(1)), it is unlawful to transfer a handgun or handgun-caliber product to any person under 21 years of age. In accordance with this federal law — and with state-level consumer-protection standards, including Connecticut's strict handgun regulations — this Site is restricted to visitors who are at least 21 years old.
You must be at least 21 years of age to enter and view this site. The age gate that appears on first visit records your confirmation in a browser cookie that remains valid for 30 days, after which you will be asked to re-confirm your age. A visitor who is under 21, or who is not lawfully permitted to view handgun-related content in their jurisdiction, must exit the Site immediately.
Charter Arms does not sell firearms or ammunition directly to consumers. This Site is an informational product directory only. All purchases, background checks, compliance verification, and legal transfers are handled externally by licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers. Any "Buy Now," affiliate, or retailer link on a product page routes you to a third-party licensed dealer and is provided solely for the visitor's convenience.
Specifications, descriptions, pricing, and imagery are presented for reference only. While Charter Arms endeavors to keep catalog data accurate and current, product specifications, availability, MSRP, and finishes may change without notice. No content on this Site constitutes a binding offer to sell. Always confirm final specifications and pricing with the licensed dealer at the point of transfer.
By using this Site, you represent that you will not use any information, image, or product reference herein in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law — including but not limited to laws governing the transfer, possession, or carry of handguns, the carrying of concealed firearms, minimum-age requirements, and prohibited-person restrictions.
Visitors are solely responsible for determining whether a product lawfully displayed on this Site may be purchased, possessed, or carried within their jurisdiction.
All trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, written content, and design elements on this Site are the property of Charter Arms Manufacturing and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual-property law. "Charter Arms," the Charter Arms circular logo, and named series marks (including but not limited to Pit Bull®, Bulldog®, Undercover®, Pathfinder®, Off Duty®, and Mag Pug®) are trademarks of Charter Arms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from this Site without prior written permission.
This Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charter Arms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any linked third-party dealer, including without limitation any damages relating to the failed completion of a firearm transfer, the loss or misuse of customer data submitted to a dealer, or reliance on inaccurate product information displayed on the Site.
This Site contains links to third-party websites, including licensed FFL dealers and firearm marketplaces. Charter Arms does not control and is not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or transaction policies of any third-party site. Your interactions with any external dealer are solely between you and that dealer. All affiliate and "Buy Now" links are marked with rel="sponsored" for transparency to search engines and visitors.
The Site uses minimal browser storage (cookies and local storage) to remember your 21+ age-verification confirmation for up to 30 days, and to track aggregated, anonymous page-view and outbound-click events for catalog improvement. We do not sell or share personally identifiable information with third parties. Any information you submit through our Contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Charter Arms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Effective Date" above will be revised and the new terms become binding on the date posted. Your continued use of the Site following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within the State of Connecticut.
Safe Handling Warning. Firearms are inherently dangerous weapons. They must only be operated by responsible, trained adults who understand safe loading, unloading, and handling procedures. Never handle, load, or dry-fire a firearm until you have reviewed the manufacturer-supplied owner's manual, completed manufacturer-approved or NRA-certified training, and confirmed the firearm is unloaded and pointed in a safe direction. Treat every firearm as if it is loaded. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire, and never point the muzzle at anything you are not willing to destroy.
No Unapproved Alterations. Any home gunsmithing, trigger work, modification of internal components, replacement of factory parts with aftermarket parts, or any other non-factory alteration to a Charter Arms revolver will void all factory warranties and fully releases Charter Arms, its dealers, and any third party linked in this catalog from any and all liability for damages, injury, or death resulting from that modification. Modifications to a firearm may render it unsafe to fire. Charter Arms revolvers must only be serviced by the Charter Arms factory or an authorized Charter Arms armorer.
Secure Storage Notice. Always keep firearms unloaded and locked away from children, unauthorized users, and anyone prohibited by law from possessing a firearm. Store ammunition separately from firearms, in a separate locked location. Use a certified locked container, cable lock, or gun safe that meets or exceeds UL, California DOJ, or ASR storage standards. Under 18 U.S.C. § 922(x) and applicable state criminal storage / child-access prevention laws, you are legally responsible for preventing an unauthorized minor from obtaining access to a firearm in your possession. Most Charter Arms revolvers ship with a trigger or cable lock — use it. Never store a loaded firearm.
Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions may be sent through our Contact page, or by writing to Charter Arms Manufacturing directly.
